Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated 28 July 2026
We want you to be happy with what you paid for. This page explains when you can cancel, when you can get your money back, and how long it takes.
1. Cancelling an order
Within 24 hours. You can cancel an order within 24 hours of paying, as long as the service hasn't been used or activated yet. Once a plan is live, it runs for that period.
Once work has started. If we've begun design or customisation work on a printed or NFC card order, it can no longer be cancelled — that work has already been done.
2. When you'll get a refund
We will refund you if:
- You paid twice for the same order, or paid by accident.
- Your payment went through but the order never appeared in our system.
- You cancelled inside the 24-hour window, before any work had started.
- A printed order arrived damaged or never arrived — tell us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll reprint or refund.
3. When we can't refund
- Digital invitations that have already been created, shared or delivered.
- A plan period that's already running.
- Anything bought under a special offer, discount or promotional price.
- Delays caused by late content, late approvals, or incorrect details being supplied.
If you think your situation is unfair on one of these, write to us anyway. We would rather look at it properly than hide behind a list.
4. How long refunds take
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and go back to however you paid — UPI, wallet, card. If only part of the work was completed, we may refund part of the amount.
5. What happens to your data
Cancelling a plan isn't the same as deleting your data. Your invitation, guest list and account all stay exactly as they are — you simply move back to the free tier and lose access to paid features. Nothing is deleted.
If you want it gone too, delete your account from Profile → Privacy & Data. Everything is permanently erased after a 30-day grace period, and you can download a copy first.
The one thing we keep. Even after a refund and a deletion, we have to keep the payment record for eight years — Indian tax law requires it. We strip your name, email, phone number and address out of it, so it shows a payment happened without identifying you. See How long we keep things.
Razorpay, who process our payments, keep their own records separately under their own obligations. Refunds go back through them to your original payment method.
